The seminar-workshop aims to help librarians, particularly those occupying supervisory or managerial positions, learn the basic principles of planning and the various techniques, perspectives, models, and approaches used in developing a strategic plan.
Specifically, the program is designed to help participants: develop a medium- or long- term strategic plan for their respective organizations; set or review and revise their organization’s vision, mission, and goals; develop an action plan, and ensure implementation of their new plan.
