The Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. and the National Library of the Philippines, in cooperation with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts is inviting college students to join the National Book Week (NBW) 2013 Poster-Making Contest.
The winning entry will be used as the official cover for the Souvenir Program and other publicity materials for all activities of NBW 2013.
